A tuition group runs on enrolments, attendance and money, and each lived in its own sheet. The owner could not see a campus without asking for a file. A student had no way to check their own record.

Manager, student and owner each get a view of the same data. No copies, no exports, and no second version to reconcile.
Registration students finish alone
A public frontend on Next.js for sign-up, so a student registers without a phone call to head office. Next.js in front and Laravel behind is 2 systems that behave as one.
Owner reporting
Activity and numbers roll up by campus and by period. The owner opens a dashboard instead of waiting for a report.
AI automation
The repetitive work (a missing document, a first enquiry, a lapsed record) is handled by automation rather than a person.
