These terms cover work with Zonaed Hossain, including services and the digital tools sold on this site. Plain language on purpose.
Every engagement starts with a written scope and price. The scope lists what is included and, where it matters, what is not. Work outside the scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Nothing is charged before you have seen the scope and agreed to it.
Invoices are due within 14 days. Prices are in USD unless the quote states another currency.
Digital tool packs are described before you pay. Files are sent by email after the confirmation call. Nothing ships physically.
There is no payment gateway on this site, so no card details are ever entered here.
Digital files cannot be returned once sent. If a file is broken or does not match the description, I replace it or refund it.
Service work is refunded for the undelivered portion if I stop the engagement. Work already delivered and accepted is not refundable.
On final payment you own the deliverables created for you: design files, code and content. I keep the right to describe the work in general terms.
Your data, accounts and access stay yours. Access can be removed at any time. NDA and IP protection are available on request at no cost.
For paid media and analytics work I need partner access to your accounts. You keep ownership and history. I do not hold login credentials.
I do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) or lead numbers. Outcomes vary with margin structure, offer strength and budget. What I commit to is the process and the reporting.
My liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
